Trials & Consultation
2-3 hrs
A trial gives you major flashbacks to the first time hair and makeups done professionally. It allows our artists to work different hair styles and makeups on you to make sure you look perfectly on the big day. Coming to our trial, we recommend clients send more pictures to our artists to make sure we work with you the better you want.
We highly recommend Brides to do this service before the wedding. We will discount this service if a Bridal Package service is booked within 24 hours after completion of this service.
Bridal Makeup & Hair Trial: $300 (2 hours)
- Includes Bridal Makeup Trial in studio with lashes (airbrush offers upon requests).
- Includes Bridal Hair Trial in studio with hair accessories.
Bridal Package Plan A: $600
On Location Bride (City Hall, Napa, Sonoma)
Total 3 hrs
On location Bridal 1 Makeup: $300
- Includes on site Bridal 1 Makeup application and lashes.
On location Bridal 1 Hairstyle: $300
- Includes on site Bridal 1 Hairstyle not including hair accessories.
Traveling fee $100 per makeup artist/stylist for on site wedding day.
**We prefer to do the trials (hair + makeup $300) in our studio, but we can also accommodate trials in Napa/Sonoma for an additional traveling fee of $100.

One makeup, 1-2 hairstyles and 3 hours stand by assistance touch up
- Travel up to 2 locations is allowed for additional fees (prep, ceremony)
- Eyelid shaping (if necessary)

- One night’s lodging may be required for start times before 9am in locations 60 miles or more from our studio.
- Destination Wedding Makeup & Hair: Will travel to any worldwide destination with all expenses paid
- Work over 5 hours must provide meals for all staff
- Additional people on wedding days (bridesmaids, flower girls, moms, guests) Bridesmaid 1-1.5 hours for 1 makeup and hair $200 each (All others refers to anyone other than bride)(up to age 14) Flower girl 1 hour one makeup and hair $100 each
Booking Polices
- Makeup application appointments do not include instruction.
- Travel fees apply for booking, $1.50 per mile from my studio.
- On the date of the confirmed appointment of the wedding package, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be made, and a service agreement must be signed to secure the service date. The remaining 50% of the full amount of the package must be paid in full, on the date of the wedding.
- Any accessories from rental which becomes lost will incur replacement fees. Each replacement cost is dependent on the cost of the accessory at the time of lost.
- All incidental costs including but not limited to fees such as parking fees, tolling fees will be paid by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the contract is signed the appointment will be booked, and cannot be cancelled. Any cancellation will forefeit the 50% non-refundable deposit as stated in the Booking Policies.
- If for any reason an appointment must be postponed or rescheduled, the client must provide us written notification via email at Timlessbeauti@yahoo.com. The client must notify us of the new rescheduled date at least 60 days prior to the original scheduled date. For example, if an appointment was originally schedule for October 1st, but must be rescheduled to October 8th, the client must notify us of the rescheduled date by July 31. We suggest notifying us at the earliest date possible.
- Postponement is considered a cancellation, and we cannot guarantee that the client will be able to reschedule the appointment with the same makeup artist.
- Upon confirmation of the rescheduled appointment, the 50% non-refundable deposit will be applied to the new rescheduled appointment.
